Like having an adult daughter who happens to know contractors. Text Eva about anything the house needs — and if it’s your parents’ house, we tell you when it’s done.
Nothing to download, no app to learn, no login to forget. Serving Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Highland, Alpine, Lindon, Orem and Vineyard.
When something at the house needs doing, they text one number and it gets handled — and you hear when it’s done.
Whichever they’re comfortable with. No app, no login, nothing to learn. If the phone is a landline, we call.
Members get an update after every visit and every job at your parents’ house. You stop being the one who has to chase it.
For members: what’s installed, who came, what it cost, what’s coming due. Any time, from your phone. Gate codes and where the spare key is are never in it.
In 2010 Vineyard had about a hundred residents. Almost everything here was built since, much of it on the old Geneva Steel site between Geneva Road and Utah Lake. Young houses have their own list. It isn’t the 30-year-old furnace. It’s the builder warranty, the first settling cracks, and the first things that wear out without anyone noticing.
The builder warranty runs out at month eleven. Text us what’s installed now, while it’s all still new, and send us your punch list before the deadline.
Settling shows up: hairline drywall cracks, doors that start to rub, caulk and grout pulling away in the bathrooms. The sprinklers need adjusting as the landscaping fills in. None of it is urgent, and all of it is easier fixed small.
The first big replacement window. Most tank water heaters land here, along with the first exterior paint or stain. Vineyard’s oldest neighborhoods are getting close to it now.
The HOA usually covers some of the outside and you cover the inside, but every HOA draws that line differently. Send us your HOA’s rules once and we’ll tell you which side a problem is on before anyone gets called.
What a text with Eva looks like, everything we handle, and how we check every pro against the state are all on the Utah County page. It works the same in Vineyard.
A sentence is enough. “Water heater’s leaking.” “Something’s wrong with the AC.” You don’t have to know what it is or who fixes it. That’s the part we take.
Licensed, checked against the state, and someone we’d send to our own house. On anything big we bring you real prices side by side. You pick. We book it and confirm the time.
We confirm they showed up, check afterwards that the work was actually right, and keep what happened on file — so the next time, nobody is hunting for a model number in a panic.
“Miller came out on the 14th and replaced the softener resin — $310. Same plumber who did your disposal in March, so he already knew the house. Photo attached, and it’s all saved in your file. He said everything else looked fine. Nothing needed from you.”
“Water coming out under the kitchen sink.” One text and a photo.
Eva sends the shutoff steps first: the two valves under the sink, turn right until they stop.
“It’s off.” Water stopped. Four minutes from the first text.
Eva asks: walk you through the fix, or have a plumber come? You pick the plumber. Since the water’s off, she books first thing in the morning so you don’t pay after-hours rates.
A vetted, licensed and insured local plumber is confirmed for 10:30.
Fixed. Eva checks in to make sure it stays fixed, and you pay the plumber directly.
You sent two texts. No calling around, no after-hours bill, nothing to keep track of.
Example of how a job runs.
Or $49 a month. Two visits a year, and Eva keeps track of everything else.
Annual saves $89 compared with paying monthly. Monthly is month to month. Any repair is billed by the pro directly, at their own price.
You can still text us about anything the house needs. We get a licensed, insured pro out, and they bill you directly at their own price.
One number to text about anything in the house. We get the right pro out and stay on it until it’s made right. You pay the pro for the work, at their best standard rate. Using us never raises the price.
Two visits a year with smoke and CO detectors tested and fresh batteries, a new furnace filter, a safety walk and a report to whoever you want. Eva keeps the house record, and members come first in line.
The little things, handled. Every month. A pro at the house every month working through the list for up to two hours: light bulbs changed, smoke detector batteries swapped, the furnace filter changed, pictures and mirrors hung, loose handles tightened, furniture assembled, the heavy stuff moved. The softener salt stays full, one bag every month.
Spring and fall, the visit runs longer for the safety check, then up to two hours on the list. Everything in the membership comes with it, and bigger jobs are one text to Eva.
Buying it for the two of you? See the Honey-Do Plan.
Yes — a lot of people do exactly this. She texts us or we call her, whichever she prefers, and members get an update after every visit and every job. Nothing to install and nothing to learn. Join here.
Us. One number for anything the house needs. We send someone we already use and will use again, get them scheduled, and stay on it. They never have to work out who the plumber is.
Yes, for members. Eva keeps a house record — what’s installed, who came, what it cost, what’s coming due — and anyone the homeowner names can read it any time from their phone. Gate codes, lockbox combinations and alarm codes are never stored in it.
Settling cracks, sticky doors, sprinkler heads, garage door adjustments, and the first appliance that quits just after its warranty. Small things, all of which are easier caught early.
It depends on your HOA’s rules, and every one is different. Send them to us once. After that, when something breaks, we’ll tell you whose it is before anyone gets called.
Most tank water heaters last somewhere between eight and twelve years. If yours went in when the house was built, write down the date. Text it to us and we’ll keep track of it for you.
Yes — Vineyard and the rest of Utah County. Everything runs over text, and members book their two visits for a time someone is home.
Texting Eva and getting a pro out is free: the pro bills you directly, at their own price. The membership is $499 a year, or $49 a month. It includes two home visits a year, the house record and seasonal reminders, and an update after every visit and every job. The Helping Hand Plan is $169 a month: a pro at the house every month working through the list for up to two hours, softener salt kept full, and everything in the membership. Join here.
You got a forty-page report at closing, read the summary, and put it in a drawer. It has been quietly bothering you ever since. Send it to us and we’ll read the whole thing and send back one page.
It’s free because it costs us twenty minutes and it’s the only honest way to show you what we do. It’s the plain-English version of what your report actually says — what needs attention now, what can wait, and what somebody already took care of.
Two business days. We do ten of these a week, so there’s sometimes a short wait. If you’d rather just keep the list and handle it yourself, keep it — it’s yours either way.
Want something looked at again? We’re happy to give you the names of two Utah‑licensed home inspectors.
Tell us about the house and we’ll come back the same day, no obligation. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit — and if we’re not, we’ll say so.
